Mutually is an olfactory-musical performance, created especially for the international public art festival Art-Prospect 2021 and shown on the stage of the House of Culture Gaza (a palace of culture for workers of the Krasny Putilovets plant).
Today, the feeling of estrangement in our intimate or public relationships is becoming basic. In such conditions, the feeling of reciprocity in any of its forms becomes a kind of luxury. We obviously want to preserve and prolong in time these ephemerality and elusiveness. The performance is based on this idea of “conservation” of the ephemeral. Having created a special scent and placed it in a capsule, the artist, accompanied by a string ensemble, shared it with each of the audience.
